Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation before your order is packed or dispatched. Once an order has been packed, handed over to a delivery partner, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
How to Cancel
To request cancellation, contact us immediately through the Contact Us page with your order number and registered contact details. Cancellation is confirmed only after Shravan Food Factory verifies the order status and sends confirmation.
After Dispatch
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot normally be cancelled. You may still contact us if there is a delivery problem, damaged item, wrong product, or missing product, and we will review it under the applicable refund or replacement process.
Prepaid Orders
If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch and approved by us, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method. Payment provider processing timelines may vary.
Cash on Delivery Orders
If cash on delivery is available and an order is repeatedly refused or not accepted without a valid reason, Shravan Food Factory may restrict future cash on delivery service for that customer or address.
